📅 15-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

If 15 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


✅ Eligible Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• In good condition
• Reasonably unused
• In original packaging when possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We may refuse returns if:

• The item is heavily used or damaged
• The return request is made after 15 days
• Proof of purchase is missing


📦 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We’ll happily:

  • replace the item
    or

  • provide a full refund

at no extra cost.


💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund approval.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
